Pairing locally sourced Bay of Plenty Blackberries together with native Kanuka Leaf, this delightfully complex kombucha offers layers of blackberry notes along with a herbaceousness from the Kanuka leaf. Unique to this blend, we have used Sencha green tea, instead of traditional black tea, to truly allow the Bay of Plenty Blackberries to shine through. Gently brewed over a two weeks with organic cultures of bacteria and yeast to deliver a distinctly New Zealand flavour that is created to help maintain and support ora (wellbeing).
